FRESH START: MODULE #2

Making Room for Rest

Welcome to Module 2!

This week we’re taking a look at the importance of rest. In this week’s podcast, I dive into four different rhythms of rest: daily rest, weekly rest, monthly or seasonal rest, and yearly rest.

The biggest take-away in this module is this: Rest is vital and it’s a matter of MAKING time for rest, not FINDING time for rest.

And your action plan this week is simple: either using the printable below or your own journal, decide how you will make time for rest each day for the next seven days (or the whole month – up to you), then reflect on any difference it has made.

Many blessings and have a GREAT week!

How to Get the Most Out of Fresh Start

Listen to the audio in each week’s module FIRST, then use the worksheets and other downloads to think, sketch, and plan. This will help you make the best strides forward and will bring the most encouragement and inspiration.

MUSIC FOR REST

Before we dive in… since we’re talking about REST this week, here’s one piece of music that can help facilitate the quieting of your mind and your soul after a long day. This is a gorgeous piece with which to just to sit and allow your mind to wander – it’s one of my favorite pieces of all time. No kidding.
